Which district does Ningbo Guanhaiwei belong to?

Guanhaiwei does not belong to the urban area of Ningbo, but belongs to Cixi, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Ningbo. Guanhaiwei Town, also known as Guancheng, is a town under the jurisdiction of Cixi City, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. It is located in the north of Ningbo and the south bank of Hangzhou Bay. It is the first pilot town of satellite city in Ningbo and the pilot town of comprehensive reform of small towns in Zhejiang Province.
