Responsibilities of elevator maintenance company

Specific responsibilities: 1: according to the requirements of these rules, relevant safety technical specifications and elevator product installation, use and maintenance instructions, make a maintenance plan to ensure the safety performance of elevators (according to Article 15, Item 1, Safety Technical Specifications for Special Equipment);

Specific responsibilities 2: Formulate emergency measures and rescue plans, and conduct emergency drills for different types of elevators maintained by the unit at least once every six months (according to Item 2 of Article 15 of the Technical Specification for Safety of Special Equipment);

Specific responsibility 3: set up a 24-hour maintenance telephone to ensure that the fault can be eliminated in time after receiving the fault notice. After receiving the elevator fault report, the maintenance personnel will arrive at the elevator to be maintained in time for on-site rescue. The arrival time of a municipality directly under the central government or a city divided into districts shall not exceed 30 minutes, and that of other regions shall generally not exceed 1 hour (according to Item 3 of Article 15 of the Technical Specification for Safety of Special Equipment);

Specific responsibilities 5: Establish the maintenance record of each elevator and keep it in the elevator technical file for at least 4 years (according to Article 15, Item 5, Safety Technical Specification for Special Equipment);

Specific Responsibility 6: Units that produce, operate and use special equipment shall be equipped with special equipment safety management personnel, testing personnel and operating personnel in accordance with relevant state regulations, and provide them with necessary safety education and skills training (according to Article 13, paragraph 2, of the Special Equipment Safety Law);

Specific responsibilities 10: Elevator maintenance is divided into semi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual maintenance, and the basic items (contents) and requirements of its maintenance are shown in Annexes A to D respectively. The maintenance unit shall, in accordance with the requirements of the annex, the provisions of the installation, use and maintenance instructions, and according to the characteristics of the elevator to be maintained, formulate a reasonable maintenance plan and scheme, clean, lubricate, inspect and adjust the elevator, replace the vulnerable parts that do not meet the requirements, make the elevator meet the safety requirements, and ensure the normal operation of the elevator (according to the requirements of Article 16 of the Technical Specification for Safety of Special Equipment);
