1. Working years

This means that master's degree students need to work at Huawei for at least 12 years to become a technical expert, and doctoral students need to work for at least six years.

2. Salary

When I was looking for a job, Huawei gave me an offer rating of 16A, which is about 400,000 yuan a year before tax. According to normal circumstances, every time I get a promotion, , the salary will increase by about 100,000, so an 18th-level technical expert will earn more than 600,000 before tax per year. In addition, technical experts will also have shares, and there will be a lot of dividends every year. I don’t know the exact amount.
