On March 12, at the construction site of the first bid project in front of the Jidayuan Railway Station of China Railway 12th Bureau, temporary construction projects, ground construction preparations and other work are in progress in an intense and orderly manner, 190 200 managers and 200 operators worked hard on the front line of construction and went all out to open a new start.
The newly built Ji (Jining) Da (Datong) Yuan (Yuan Ping) high-speed railway is an important part of the national railway's "eight vertical and eight horizontal" Hohhot (Hohhot) south (Nanning) channel. The length of the new line is 270.808 kilometers, of which the Shanxi section is 197.134 kilometers, with a design speed of 250 kilometers per hour.
The first section in front of the Jidayuan Railway Station, constructed by China Railway No. 12 Bureau, is located in Datong. The line starts from the ruins of the Ming Great Wall at the junction of Shanxi and Mongolia in the north, and ends at the east side of Datong South Station in the south where it joins the Dazhang High-speed Railway. The length 49.357 kilometers, the main construction content includes 21 bridges and culverts, 2 tunnels, 22 roadbeds, and 5,200 meters of ballastless track bed. It includes Yuhe Bridge, Datong Bridge, Mapu Mountain Tunnel and other key and difficult projects. The construction period is 4 years.
With the efforts of all participants, the project has so far built 42.8 kilometers of construction access roads, 4 offline mixing stations, 2 beam making yards and 4 steel bar processing plants. 19 construction group plans have been prepared and 9 have been approved.
