Article 12 No unit or individual is allowed to nail or tie items that hinder the appearance of the city on buildings, municipal public facilities and trees facing the street.

Setting wires, cables and other wires and stay wires in urban built-up areas shall meet the requirements of city appearance management; All kinds of abandoned wires and cables, telephone poles and other items that affect the appearance of the city should be cleaned up or removed in time.
