Beijing Civil Servant Application Requirements

The application requirements for Beijing civil servants are as follows:

(1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China.

(2) Over 18 years old and under 35 years old.

(3) Support the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China.

(4) Have good conduct.

(5) Have the physical condition to perform duties normally.

(6) Have the work ability that meets the job requirements.

(7) Have a college degree or above.

(8) Possess other qualifications required for the proposed position stipulated by the Beijing Municipal Civil Service Administration Department.

Those who cannot apply:

Active military personnel, current non-fresh graduates, serving civil servants and staff of agencies (units) governed by the Civil Servant Law cannot apply.

Persons who have been criminally punished for crimes and those who have been dismissed from public office, persons who have been found to have committed fraud and other serious violations of recruitment disciplines in civil servant recruitment at all levels, civil servants and agencies (units) managed with reference to the Civil Service Law ) Staff members who have been dismissed for less than 5 years, and those who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants under other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations, are not allowed to apply.
