Can I make my own screen printing plate?

You can do it completely, but you have to buy and prepare the following materials:

2. Mesh frame

3. Photosensitive glue

You should make the negative of this film.

5. Light source for printing

With the above things, you can start making the screen version:

1. Tighten the net and stick or nail it to the prepared net frame.

2. Apply the photosensitive adhesive evenly on the screen prepared in the first step (be careful not to transmit light).

Then, blow dry with a hair dryer.

3. Then stick the film negative on the prepared screen, (stick it outside), and illuminate it with a light source (it can be sunlight, fluorescent lamp, hospital ultraviolet tube, or special printing lamp (note that the negative must be stuck on the screen, and there can be no gap between them).

The printing time can be determined according to the light source used at that time. You can try it several times.

Most importantly, this printing method can only be used for experimental operation, but it is impossible if it is used for regular production.

If you want to get high-quality screen printing, you need special equipment, such as netting, dryers, printers and other related equipment and tools.
