Full-time teachers or managers who have a bachelor's degree in ordinary middle schools, primary schools, kindergartens and other secondary schools and have more than three years' experience in basic education, and teaching researchers or managers equivalent to middle schools, primary schools and kindergartens in the education system of educational and scientific research departments or government agencies in provinces, cities, districts and counties.
