Job description:

1. Responsible for human resource management such as company recruitment, employee training and performance management;

2. Plan and organize employee training to promote the improvement and growth of employees' ability;

3. Responsible for employee performance management and guide employees to continuously improve their performance;

4. Organize and participate in the recruitment process, and cooperate with all departments to complete the recruitment task;

5. Continuously optimize personnel management systems and processes to improve the level of human resource management in enterprises.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources and management is preferred;

2.3 years working experience in human resources position, management experience is preferred;

3. Familiar with the workflow of human resource management and have good organization and coordination skills;

4. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit;

5. Have good professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
