Planning of Hong Qing Town in Baqiao District, Xi City

Hong Qing is located in the east of Baqiao District, Xi City, east of Bahe and Ring Expressway, south of Longhai Railway and west of Hongqingshan Forest Park, with superior geographical location and rich historical and cultural accumulation. Now it is an important military industrial group in the east of Xi, including Tsinghua Company, Fourth Aerospace Institute, Rocket Army Engineering University, Xiguang Chaoyang Factory and Northwest Institute of Nuclear Technology. In order to reflect the unique ecological pattern, cultural pattern and military pattern in Hong Qing area in regional planning, the sub-bureau strives to do a good job in coordination and communication, give full play to the leading role of planning first, and cooperate with the district government to build Hong Qing area into a demonstration area for integration of defense and civilian technologies development in Xi 'an District, so as to continuously promote the healthy economic development of Baqiao District.

Article 14 The people's government of a city shall organize the preparation of the overall urban planning.

The overall urban planning of a municipality directly under the Central Government shall be submitted to the State Council for examination and approval by the people's government of the municipality directly under the Central Government. The overall planning of the city where the people's governments of provinces and autonomous regions are located and the city determined by the State Council shall be submitted to the State Council for examination and approval after being audited by the people's governments of provinces and autonomous regions. The overall planning of other cities shall be submitted by the people's government of the city to the people's government of the province or autonomous region for examination and approval.

Fifteenth county people's government organizations to prepare the overall planning of the town where the county people's government is located, and report it to the people's government at the next higher level for approval. The overall planning of other towns shall be organized by the town people's government and submitted to the people's government at the next higher level for examination and approval.
