Article 5 The full name of the school is "North China University of Water Resources and Hydropower" (hereinafter referred to as the school), and the code is 10078. The school was founded in 195 1, formerly known as Beijing Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower, under the management of the Ministry of Water and Electricity. 1978 was renamed North China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower, and 1990 moved to Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. In 2000, the management system of the Ministry of Water Resources and Henan Province was implemented, with Henan Province as the main management.

The school is a public, general, higher and full-time comprehensive undergraduate college with engineering as the main course and the coordinated development of science, engineering, agriculture, economics, management, literature, law and art. The school-running level is mainly undergraduate and postgraduate education, and the school-running form is mainly full-time students. Article 14 Proportion of filing: The proportion of filing shall be determined according to the situation of students in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and relevant regulations.

Article 15 Access principle: According to the filing results, the principle of "voluntary liquidation and professional liquidation" shall be implemented.

This school will enroll students in some provinces and cities this year. The "major" mentioned in the Articles of Association includes specific majors or professional categories. The professional diversion of large-scale enrollment candidates shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school.

For candidates who enter the archives, they usually have to meet their first professional volunteer first. If you can't meet the first professional volunteer, you can choose according to the order of your professional volunteer, according to the candidate's score and physical condition, and referring to the relevant individual scores; When the scores are the same, compare Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages and comprehensive scores in turn to determine the order.

When all the candidates' professional aspirations can't be met, but they are subject to professional adjustment, they will be transferred to other majors in turn according to the candidates' scores from high to low (when the scores are the same, the order will be determined by comparing Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages and comprehensive scores in turn). Candidates who do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.

In order to meet the needs of college entrance examination reform, some provinces have introduced new methods of admission and filing in recent years. If there is no special explanation, the school will follow the provincial filing method.

In the pilot provinces and cities of the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, according to the requirements of the pilot provinces and cities, the school has determined in advance the subject requirements of the enrollment major of the high school level examination and the use of students' comprehensive quality files, and has announced them to the public.

Article 18 Admission rules for art majors: The scores of cultural courses and professional courses in the college entrance examination for art majors reach the admission scores specified by the provinces where the candidates are located. The comprehensive score is calculated according to the proportion of 40% for cultural courses and 60% for professional courses in the college entrance examination. Based on this comprehensive score, students are admitted according to the principle of "voluntary and professional".

The preparatory stage of preparatory classes for ethnic minorities in Henan Province is 20,000 yuan/student/school year, and the fees will be charged according to the same student standard after being promoted to ordinary undergraduate courses. The charging standards of other provinces shall be implemented according to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education.

Accommodation for six people is charged according to the standard of 800 yuan/student/school year, and accommodation for four people is charged according to the standard of 1000 yuan/student/school year.

Twenty-third freshmen to conduct a comprehensive review after registration. Those who fail the second interview will be dealt with according to the relevant regulations according to different situations until the admission qualification is cancelled.
