There were so many people that the recruiter simply used sacks to collect resumes. I am honored to have passed and become what Jinbao Xu Shengxiong calls a new class. But when I arrived, I discovered that the positions were selected by their supervisors at will. For example, your performance will be recorded in the campus recruitment files at that time, and the supervisors will select them one by one. When you report, HR will tell you which department you are already in. . It doesn't matter, just go and go. It doesn't matter if you feel stressed after you get in, and it doesn't matter if you work overtime. The terrible thing is: Jinbao's overtime pay is only about 1/3 of Foxconn's, which means that Jinbao's extra day's work on Saturday is 80 yuan, while Foxconn has more than 250 yuan. What is the concept? I believe Compal is similar. A colleague of mine later went to Compal and felt that overtime pay was similar. Moreover, what Jin Renbao doesn’t want to see is that you need the signature of the first-level supervisor before you can be released, and you have to be searched when you go out. But Foxconn doesn't want it. You can come in and out freely, and you don't need to be searched. Although they are both Taiwan-funded enterprises, the difference is so big.
A year and a half later, I jumped to Foxconn and discovered that Foxconn was very good in terms of personnel training, treatment and planning. I couldn’t figure out: How could Foxconn still be a good company? An employee jumped off a building. Have you never heard of a company as bad as Jinbao? Jinbao has been around for a long time, but it has not been reported. At Foxconn, English, ISO9000, IE, etc. are all free training, which means that whatever you want to learn, you can’t find there. Why are companies like Huawei so fond of Foxconn employees? Because after Foxconn people join Huawei, they can get started directly. Huawei doesn’t even have the Foxconn process, so Foxconn is still good.
When the year-end bonuses were distributed, I realized that there was a huge difference between Foxconn and Jinbao. Jinbao (Compal's year-end bonus is the same as Jinbao) is 1.5 times the basic salary. My basic salary at that time was 950 (I was a big boss), but after working overtime, I could get more than 2,200. The year-end bonus is about 1,400, which is the bonus after working for a year. But I joined Foxconn in June, and it was only half a year. I got 15,000 by the end of the year. If it were the whole year, it would be 30,000. This is the difference between Foxconn and Jinrenbao. Jinbao, like Compal, is too stingy. Many of Jinbao’s managers went to Compal. Job rotations are often possible between the two companies.
Foxconn is a Fortune 500 company after all, and its training mechanism is in place. Since the jumping incident, Foxconn has taken a step closer to caring for its employees and engineers. Huawei, ZTE, and Lenovo all like to poach people from Foxconn, but rest assured they will never poach Compal.

The SQE new cadres in their department are very good, and they are promoted very quickly. Years can be better than those recruited by the society. There are more than 100,000. It is Gou's idea to build his own brand. In addition, Terry Gou is also a very good boss and does not discriminate against mainland employees. He often chats with employees when he comes to Shenzhen Industrial Park and holds meetings with engineers without any airs. But Xu Shengxiong, don’t even talk to him. Can't even see it.
