7. Interview results

The judges graded the candidates on the spot according to their lecture level and grading standards. The judges don't highlight the scores directly to the candidates, but the staff collect the score table in a unified way, remove one score and a minimum score, add up the scores of the other five people, and then divide them by 5 (accurate to 0.0 1) to get the interview results of each candidate. After reviewing the top three candidates, the judges will discuss the top three candidates and score them one by one after discussion. After the judges' scores are recorded on the scoring table, the rater will collect the judges' scoring table. According to the judges' scores, the rater removes one score and the lowest score, and works out the average score of the other five scores (keeping two decimal places). Starting with the fourth candidate, the rater will announce the removal of candidate X to the examiner before the next candidate enters the venue.
