The next time I prepared my graduation thesis and defense, I applied for an administrative position in the school, and it's not bad to stay in the school. In the notice of June, I immediately signed up to find relevant teachers and doctors to do administration. There should be no problem, so I thought about it and decided to take an administrative position.

Results There was no interview in July, the epidemic broke out in August, and there was no interview when school started in September. I called many times and said I didn't start. To be exact, there is no news yet. This is also a very deceptive place.

Since September, we have started to offer other positions. In addition to the institutions and universities in Fuzhou, we also invested in the positions of the company. Hospitals and universities in Fuzhou have not received the interview notice because of the time and direction. After posting a resume on the job application, I received company interview invitations one after another.

I have been interviewed by four companies before and after, but they are all startups. The initial mentality was to participate in interviews to accumulate experience, so after the interview, several small companies refused the next interview.

My younger brother helped to recommend his company, a new field of domestic top2 company. After the interview, the leaders there responded well. My brother said that the problem was not serious, so he began to check the relevant literature and research status in this field. As a result, there was not a phone call from the personnel department. My brother confirmed it to me twice before and after, saying it was okay. After waiting for another two weeks, there was still no news, and I felt hopeless. Finally, when I got the news, the leader felt that the direction was still not quite matched.

In fact, I think it should be made clear from the beginning that such tangled leaders can only say that there is no fate.

The next eleven times, I went back to my hometown Zhengzhou, and the opportunity to reunite with my family also took a look at the opportunity in Henan. Although I thought I would never return to Henan after graduation, job opportunities were hard to find. I stayed in Zhengzhou at least close to my family, and the development of Zhengzhou in recent years is also obvious.

One of the schools voted back and forth three times, and every time they felt hopeful, they failed again. Finally, I learned through the relationship that the major did not match, so I was brushed. I thought there was a doctor here, and the tutor said that the major did not affect the doctor's employment, mainly depending on the research direction. Actually, it still has an impact. My major and research direction are quite different. Although it is not all the reasons, it still has an impact.

In Zhengzhou, I stayed with my family, and my little nephew, whom I hadn't seen for five months, felt that time passed quickly. But at the end of two weeks, anxiety swept through the body. Sleeping at night and getting up in the morning are all interviews and work.

I participated in the recruitment and introduction of talents at the end of the month while waiting. Now it is no longer limited to Zhengzhou, the provincial capital, so we chose two other cities as the target, and put in 10 institutions before and after. The event of recruiting talents and introducing talents is quite big, so I was dragged to an interview temporarily. The reporter said that my answer was good and it was also an episode.

Chatting with students who have joined colleges and universities, there should be no problem in colleges and universities in other two cities. The recruiting teacher was also very enthusiastic when delivering his resume on the spot, and delivered his electronic resume two days later. As a result, I didn't receive an interview notice. Later, I learned that the number of institutions I sent will drop sharply this year. There are dozens of people in the recruitment, but there are actually only two places. There is also a professional problem, which is not right. You should report to the social department to see the major of graduation certificate. Finally, recruiting talents and introducing talents is just a job fair. Many of them sign the agreement in advance and go through the formalities on the spot.

I don't know why. As a result, I didn't receive the interview notice and began to doubt my academic level. But obviously, the conditions of these institutions I voted for are all in line, and some are still in line with the first-class conditions, but the results are not. Maybe this is involution. I am the denominator of this tangle.

During this period, a company in Nanjing showed great enthusiasm to me. I met an old professor from Zhejiang University during the interview and liked him very much. After that, I experienced two sides and became friends with headhunters. Just when I resigned myself to the job, the treatment they gave me went through ups and downs until I finally couldn't accept it. Although I promised a maximum salary increase of 30% during the three-month probation period, I didn't write my promise in the contract, and it's still the same. It also consumed some of my trust, so I finally refused.

On the day when I got the final treatment from this company, I received a phone call from a teacher from Chinese Academy of Sciences, Hou Bo, who was in Hangzhou, a city that my husband and I liked very much.

I had an interview next, but I didn't like the direction very much. I changed teachers and interviewed again, and everything went well. During this period, I also met a doctor in our school, who has already stopped at the station and given me a lot of help.

At present, considering which teacher to choose is a bit new, and there are many things to learn by yourself. However, considering that you want to develop in Hangzhou in the future, Hou Bo of Chinese Academy of Sciences is really a good choice. After all, the salary is much higher than that of the company interviewed.

It's been half a year, but I've decided to be a postdoctoral fellow. Sometimes I feel that I have really wasted the past six months. It's true. After all, I really started looking for a job late, and I should finalize my job before graduation. This is also my advice to my younger brothers and sisters. In addition, I haven't decided whether to go to a company or a university, to continue my research or to administer.

But every experience is worthwhile. Only by walking around the circle can I understand the threshold of colleges and universities, the real treatment of the company, and the possibility of getting a doctorate.

Come on, every road is not easy. In this life, if you want more, you have to pay more. Choice is sometimes a reflection of your ability.
