Where will the 2023 Provincial Games be held in Luoyang?

In 2023, the Provincial Games was held in yingtianmen, Luoyang National Heritage Park in Sui and Tang Dynasties.

The 14th Games of Henan Province was hosted by the People's Government of Henan Province, and jointly organized by the Working Committee of Henan Provincial Committee, Henan Provincial Sports Bureau, Henan Provincial Department of Education, Henan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions and Luoyang Municipal People's Government. It was held in Luoyang from August/KLOC-0 to August 28, 2023. Starting from June 17, the preliminary contest of the provincial games kicked off.

The 14th Games of Henan Province will be divided into three groups: youth sports group, student group and social group, among which the youth sports group will be divided into 24 sports. The student group plans to set up 24 competitions; Social group to be established 19 sports. The 14th Games of Henan Province took "Struggle for a Healthy Central Plains in the New Era" as the theme slogan, and the mascot was named "Lolo, Yang Yang".

Preparatory process:

On May 7, 2006, Zhang, deputy director and inspector of Henan Provincial Sports Bureau, led a research team to conduct a comprehensive investigation and evaluation of Kaifeng, Luoyang, Anyang, Luohe and Nanyang, the bidding cities for the 14th Games in Henan Province.

On September 2, 20654381,the closing ceremony of the 13th Henan Sports Meeting was held in Zhoukou Sports Center. It was announced at the closing ceremony that the 14th Games of Henan Province will be held in Luoyang in 2022.

In July 2020, with the approval of the People's Government of Henan Province, the 14th Games of Henan Province will be held in Luoyang in 2022, and the Luoyang Preparatory Committee for the 14th Games of Henan Province (hereinafter referred to as the "Municipal Preparatory Committee") will be established.
