Basic situation of yangcun town

Yangcun Town is located in the east of Boluo County and the northern edge of the Pearl River Delta. Belonging to the Pearl River Delta economic circle, it is a transitional zone from economically developed areas to underdeveloped areas in Guangdong Province. The town covers an area of 1.20 square kilometers, with a permanent population of about 42,000. It is one of the three central towns in Boluo County (one of the 268 key construction towns in the province) and one of the six industrial parks planned and constructed in the county.

Yangcun Town is one of the main transportation hubs in eastern Guangdong. Beijing-Kowloon Railway, Guangmeishan Railway, National Highway 205, Huihe expressway and Jinlong High-grade Highway all cross the town. In order to promote the process of urbanization and industrialization, the planning and construction of the whole town implements the functional zoning and group development model. Weizhen planning and construction control area is 35 square kilometers, which is divided into: administrative business center area, commercial and residential logistics area and industrial park (including Jinyang Industrial Park, Lianhu Industrial Park and Yanghe Science and Technology Industrial Park).

In recent years, the town has closely focused on economic construction, seized the opportunity, constantly improved the investment environment, vigorously expanded the channels for attracting investment, and carried out all-round, multi-level and wide-ranging investment promotion work. At the same time, enterprise management, service tracking and safety supervision have been strengthened, and the strategy of strengthening the town by industry has been implemented, which has effectively promoted the sustained and rapid development of the town's industry.
