20 14 Announcement on Recruitment Physical Examination of Some Institutions in Wuling District, Changde City, Hunan Province

In order to organize the physical examination of candidates, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the physical examination object

Second, the physical examination time

The physical examination is scheduled for June 5, 20 14. Please gather in the conference room (street building) on the fourth floor of Wuling District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau at 7: 30 am on the same day, fill in the relevant forms, hold a meeting, and then take a bus to the medical examination hospital. The time for re-examination and supplementary physical examination will be notified separately.

Third, matters needing attention

1. Candidates who take the physical examination should fast for 8- 12 hours before the exam, pay attention to rest, don't stay up late, don't drink alcohol, and avoid strenuous exercise;

2. Do not carry any communication tools;

3. Prepare one-inch bareheaded photos and a certain amount of medical expenses;

4. Bring my official and valid identity documents;

5. Be sure to arrive at the centralized place on time, otherwise it will be treated as automatic abandonment of medical examination;

6. Candidates who take part in the medical examination must abide by the medical examination discipline.
