Is there Qingxi River in Dongguan? How is the environmental water quality? Is there any river regulation project?

There is a river in Qingxi Town, called Qingxi River. Since I became sensible, the water quality has become worse and worse. I used to catch fish when I was a child. I can see the fish in the clear water. Almost 20 years, I miss it! Can only miss it! Now blackwater, you can judge for yourself. Walking in the park with my wife last month, the water still stinks! A few years ago, I heard that it was going to be rectified. The municipal government should have allocated a lot of money, but I haven't seen any projects, or construction, or sampling. A bridge behind the Cultural Square was demolished. Is this a project?
