1. 1 Function scope and work content: preside over the overall work of the furnace, organize employees to complete various business plans issued by the factory, coordinate the three-shift work, and educate employees on safety technology.

1.2 quantity and quality of work: hold dispatching meetings every day, listen to the tasks assigned by superior leaders, hold pre-shift meetings and shift meetings, convey leaders' instructions, solve difficult problems in production, assess the economic responsibility system of furnace workers, and achieve the goals of high quality, high yield, low consumption and long life.

1.3 cooperation: coordinate with hot air, boiler, blower room, water pump room, instrument and feeding system to reduce the loss caused by equipment and feeding.
