Shanghai Prison Administration will interview before physical examination. Interview content The interview content includes psychological test, structured interview and physical fitness assessment (all items are completed in half a day). The physical fitness evaluation was conducted in accordance with the Physical Fitness Evaluation Items and Standards for People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs (Provisional) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2011] No.48), and the evaluation items were vertical jump and touch height, 10 m× 4 back-and-forth running, 1000 m running for girls (800 m for girls). Candidates applying for medical, information and logistics positions (interviewers on the morning of March 3) must take professional skills tests in addition to the above interview items.

1. interview requirements: candidates participating in the interview should bring their original ID card, original academic degree certificate (fresh graduates should bring their registered student ID card and employment recommendation form this year) and registration information form. Candidates who have applied for the position of grassroots work experience for 2 years must submit relevant supporting materials from grassroots work experience. Candidates applying for medical courses should also bring the original documents required for applying for positions.

2. Candidates need to bring their own items (sportswear, sports shoes) needed for physical fitness assessment.

3. Candidates are not allowed to use mobile phones after entering the interview area. In the process of various tests, if there is any violation or cheating, the interview qualification will be cancelled immediately and handled according to relevant regulations.
