Yesterday's recruitment was a special job fair of Ping An Technology in Nanjing. Many people went there. It is about nine o'clock. I will get there at about nine twenty.

After arriving at the site, first give your resume to the person in charge of the site and then sign in. After signing in, the person in charge gave a note with the user name and password of the computer test and the number and password of the test paper.

I found a computer, logged in according to the user name and password on the note, and prepared for the exam.

Computer examination questions include two parts, one is computer professional knowledge, and the other is personality test. The full mark of the computer professional knowledge test paper is 100, which is divided into single choice, multiple choice and true or false questions, and the time is 60 minutes; Personality test for 20 minutes, 180 multiple choice questions.

First of all, take the computer professional knowledge exam. The examination questions cover a wide range of knowledge, including Java foundation, database, data structure, software engineering and so on. During the examination, I found that I didn't know much about software engineering and some industry terms because I only focused on Java knowledge and only read technical books. Software engineering is a course I studied in university. Because it took me so long, I almost forgot all the knowledge in it, so I can't answer the main functions of software engineering. The model of software development only remembers waterfalls and agility, and nothing else. There is a word OOM in the exam, which I can't understand directly. If I do Java development, I remember OOP is object-oriented programming, so OOM should also be object-oriented XX. After checking, I found that OOM is probably the abbreviation of Out Of Memory. I can't remember what the specific topic means. There was a Java-based question in the exam, which impressed me a bit, because it was the kind of exam I usually hated. Why discuss the priority of operations? Fortunately, it was analyzed and answered in the examination room.

The overall problem of computer professional knowledge is not difficult to understand. They all belong to people who understand at a glance and give answers. If you don't understand, doing it for a year is still the same as doing it for half an hour. In more than forty minutes, I finished answering the exam questions of computer professional knowledge.

After answering the question of computer professional knowledge, I started the question of personality test without stopping. The question of the personality test is only 20 minutes, 180. On average, you have to answer 9 questions a minute, but they are all multiple-choice questions, which is much faster to answer. It doesn't matter whether the topic of personality test is right or wrong. Just take a look and see which result is the first reaction. If you choose the next question directly, but because there are only 20 minutes, the time for 180 is still a little tight, and some questions are afraid to read more. Basically, they all passed at a glance. The personality test is due three minutes in advance.

Hand in the paper, the machine test is over, and then give the note to the person in charge at the scene, who asks himself to wait outside first. Five minutes later, I heard someone calling my name. Then the person in charge handed me the previous note and resume. However, there is a score of computer professional knowledge on the note, 47; There is also a score of personality test, such as emotional intelligence, which is not neatly written. I didn't understand it myself, so I didn't remember this score.

After getting the note and resume, I was taken to an office for a technical interview. There are six or seven technicians in the interview classroom, and everyone has a candidate in front of them, which is basically a one-on-one interview. During the interview, I asked a few simple technical questions, such as how to master oracle and how to master spring, and then I asked about the current salary and expected salary, totaling about ten minutes. After asking, he asked me what I wanted to ask him, saying it was a two-way choice. I was really surprised to ask questions so soon, so I thought about several questions, such as product cycle and what technology to use. I talked for about fifteen minutes, and it was over.

At the end of the interview, he was taken to a nearby interviewer for a second interview. The interviewer didn't ask any questions. First question, did you lead the team? My answer is yes. He said he wanted me to take five people to do development. I said it's no problem. Ping An Technology Nanjing belongs to a newly formed team, and some of its own personnel are working with some outsourced personnel on development, so I asked if I could lead the team. After asking this question, he asked me what I wanted to ask him. I asked the first question again, and then the second one was over. The second interview belongs to the second interview in the recruitment process. At the end of the second interview, it was past eleven forty, close to noon.

After the interview, the examiner took me to the office where the computer test started, gave my resume and their interview evaluation to the personnel, and then said that it was passed. HR asked me to come back for the last round of interview at 1: 30 in the afternoon, that is, the interview of human resources.

I went out for a meal and returned to the office where I started the computer test at 1: 30, waiting for the final talent interview. The HR interview in the afternoon was slow, because there were more people who passed the interview on the second day in the morning, and basically there were a backlog of HR interviews below. The interviewer is not in Nanjing, but in Shenzhen, which is a remote conference room. The interview was conducted by projection, and nearly ten people lined up in front. Wait until three o'clock at once, and finally wait for yourself. I started chatting with HR after I went in, mainly about my past work experience, my first company, my second company, my current company and why I quit. I spoke for more than twenty minutes. Finally, I asked about the current salary and the expected salary. I answered the current salary truthfully, saying that the company is adjusting the salary now, and also said the adjusted salary. Then HR asked me if I had any questions. In fact, there is no problem, just ask how long this result will come out, reply in two or three working days, and then end the three parties.

At eleven o'clock this morning, I received a phone call from Ping An Science and Technology personnel, saying that they had passed the interview and paid them. After the talk, if you decide to go, attach your current salary certificate. Pay slips should not be financial vouchers, but bank account numbers to avoid fraud. I hung up the phone and thought about it. Fortunately, I answered my salary truthfully yesterday and didn't make a false report. Otherwise, I haven't joined the company yet, which gives me a handle of dishonesty.
