The hardest closing class usually lasts from 5 pm to 2 am, because most restaurants are in the peak period at night, so the workload is relatively heavy. The more troublesome ones are the oil washing furnace and the frying furnace, which are relatively dangerous, but it's nothing to get used to. Just pay attention to yourself.
