Wu 'an Yuhua Iron and Steel Company acquired eight factories. In order to actively implement the national and provincial policies on accelerating the merger and reorganization of the steel industry, Wu 'an Yuhua Iron and Steel Company has successively acquired eight enterprises, including Wu 'an Huaye Cement, Fengfeng Huaxin Special Steel, Jigang Group, Wenfeng Iron and Steel, Hebei Xinghua Iron and Steel, Tangshan Lu Gang Iron and Steel, Shanxi Yufu Coking and Shanxi Baoshan Mining Group, and established a new Jigang Group with assets of 85 billion yuan and production capacity exceeding10 million tons.
