Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center is a modern 5A intelligent building. The supporting facilities of the booth are designed according to international practice. PDS integrated wiring, strong current, weak current (including communication, computer network, cable TV), water supply and drainage, compressed air, etc. Directly connected to each booth through underground pipelines. The intelligent building system of Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center is mainly composed of building automation system, office automation system, communication intelligent system and fire protection and security automation system, including:

1, integrated wiring. There are 6935 information points in the whole project to meet the needs of communication, data, graphics, images and multimedia.

2. Anti-theft alarm and closed-circuit monitoring system. Equipped with 18 1 camera and 1 17 detector.

3.LED display system. The main exhibition hall has a 1 large full-color display screen, and the east and west exhibition halls have a 1 dual-color screen and four monochrome screens.

4. Building automatic control system. Control cold and heat sources, air conditioners, fresh fans, fan coils, air supply and exhaust, power supply and exhaust, power distribution and other systems.

5. Broadcasting system. Mainly used in service, commerce, fire fighting and background music.

6. The main exhibition hall (multifunctional exhibition hall) is equipped with electronic large screen, sound reinforcement system and intelligent lighting tower system, which can meet the needs of exhibitions, large-scale conferences, multimedia exhibitions, large-scale friendships, celebrations and fashion shows.

7. The backbone of computer network system adopts Gigabit Ethernet broadband.

9. Program-controlled telephone (600 external lines and 60 trunk lines) and magnetic card telephone (in the exhibition hall) system.

10, mobile calling and wireless coverage system. The four exhibition halls, conference building and business building of the Convention and Exhibition Center are all covered by GSM mobile communication.

1 1. The intelligent lighting system can automatically control all scenes and switches, and all lighting scenes set by lighting designers for the exhibition center can pop up automatically according to time without any operation. The proper terms used in the regulations are defined as follows:

(1) Terms such as Center, Exhibition, Lease Agreement, Lease Fee and Lease Date have their own meanings in the terms and conditions.

(2) "Booth" refers to the temporarily separated part or room set in the leased area.

(3) "Admission period" refers to the non-exhibition day period before the exhibition starts during the lease period; "Closed period" refers to the period after the exhibition is held during the lease period.

The organizer shall not cause any damage to the exhibition hall or change or affect the architectural structure of the exhibition hall. Otherwise, the cost of repairing the damage should be estimated by the center and paid in full by the organizer.

2. The expenses for setting up, installing and dismantling the booth shall be borne by the organizer, and the above actions shall not cause unnecessary interference or damage to the exhibitions of other tenants in the center.

3. The structure of floors, walls, doors and windows, meeting rooms or other parts of the building shall not be changed. Nails, screws or drilling holes are not allowed anywhere in the exhibition hall.

4. The center is only allowed to use scrubbed chalk or approved tape to mark the booth position on the floor of the exhibition hall, and other ground marking methods are not allowed. Demolition of unauthorized ground signs, the cost borne by the organizer.

5. Only floor coverings such as carpets are allowed to be fixed on the concrete floor with cloth bottom tape in the center.

Stickers are not allowed on stone floors or walls.

The organizer shall be responsible for removing all tapes and traces in the leased area. Any damage to the building caused by the use of unapproved tape will be repaired by the center and the expenses will be borne by the organizer.

Sticky (stickable) patterns or promotional materials are not allowed to be stuck to any part of the building on the back of the center. The expenses incurred by the center in removing such items and repairing any damage shall be borne by the organizer.

6. The organizer shall not build partitions or exhibition boards or pile up any articles in places that hinder the fire control facilities, monitoring facilities, air-conditioning vents and air flow in the hall/room.

7. The materials used to build the booth shall be incombustible, and the combustion diffusivity shall not be lower than Grade 2.

8. Permanent ceilings are not allowed.

9. Obstacles shall not be placed in the corridor leading to the entrance. During the exhibition, when visitors enter the rented area, all exits must not be locked.

10. It is forbidden to tie things on air conditioning and ventilation pipes, roofs, fire sprinkler facilities and ceiling lamps.

1 1. Structures exceeding the height limit specified in the exhibition hall must be reported to the center for approval before construction.

12. Any temporary structures and walls must have a 0.6m maintenance passage.

13. All aisles should be at least 3m wide. If there are pillars in the aisle, the aisle should be kept at least 3m wide.

14, the contractor's staff should be familiar with the location of fire alarm bell contacts, monitoring facilities, fire hydrants, fire extinguishers and safety doors. Under no circumstances shall fire contacts, monitoring facilities, fire hose reels, fire extinguishers and safety doors be blocked by compartments, partitions, exhibits or other objects (bounded by yellow lines). Access to these places should not be blocked.

15. The center will assist the organizer to manage the transportation and construction units of the exhibition. The organizer informs all transportation and construction units to submit the list of transportation and construction personnel and a copy of their ID cards to the center two weeks before entering the museum, and the center will uniformly make the certificates of exhibition construction personnel. Unlicensed personnel are not allowed to carry out any site construction related to the exhibition.

16, the exhibition construction unit must be based on the plan approved by the public security management department, and shall not modify it without permission.

17. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the exhibition hall. 1. The center provides connection services for the power boxes of all booths (the enterprise is responsible for wiring samples and lamps from the power boxes to the exhibition). Electrical appliances that need 24-hour power supply must apply to the center in advance.

3. Do not install iodine tungsten lamp and other high-temperature lights and neon lights without authorization. The installation height of neon lights shall not be less than 2.5 meters, and can only be used after passing the inspection by relevant departments.

4, outdoor electrical lighting equipment should be moistureproof, the organizer is responsible for the implementation of moistureproof and other safety measures. 1, the final site plan should be submitted to the center for examination and approval by the public security department one month ago. The erection and dismantling of the exhibition stand shall comply with the existing fire safety regulations and all relevant regulations on the erection and dismantling of the central exhibition stand.

2. The organizer shall submit an application to the public security organ one month ago, fill in the Application Form for Holding Large-scale Activities, and submit the main documents:

A) Reports and documents of the organizer's bid activities, as well as the approval documents of the higher authorities.

B) A copy of the organizer's business license.

C) General plan and special decoration drawings (including construction drawings)

D) the implementation plan of the exhibition.

E) security scheme for exhibition venues. (provided by our center)

F) Relevant materials that need to be explained to the public security department (whether there are dangerous goods that must be exhibited, using open flames, etc.). ).

3. If the booth needs special decoration, the organizer shall notify the construction company to submit the design and construction drawings of the booth two weeks before entering the pavilion.

4. Two days before entering the museum, submit the statistical data of exhibition electricity consumption and the final booth map to the project manager. 1. The organizer shall abide by and ensure that all its agents, employees, contractors and exhibitors abide by the current national fire laws and regulations and the relevant rules and regulations of the Center.

2. The fire exits in and around the center should be unobstructed and free from obstacles.

3. The following items must be approved in writing by Ningbo Fire Bureau:

(1) Display or use any heater, iron grill, heater or naked flame device, candle, lantern, torch, welding device or other smoking substances as exhibits.

(2) Display or use any electrical, mechanical or chemical device that may be regarded as dangerous. The device in question or the device that may be regarded as a dangerous object shall be submitted to the relevant regulatory authorities for approval.

(3) All toxic or dangerous substances, including flammable liquids, compressed gases or dangerous chemicals.

4. Pay special attention to all fire equipment systems, air conditioning vents, elevator fire cables, indoor lighting devices and monitoring devices, and do not block or obstruct the line of sight. 1, dangerous goods

(1) Unless otherwise approved in writing by the Center and relevant government departments.

Open flame and temporary gas shall not be used in the center.

B explosives, oils and flammable, toxic and corrosive substances are not allowed in the exhibition hall.

(2) Radioactive substances shall not be brought into the center (according to relevant laws and regulations, the approval of the center and relevant government agencies shall be obtained at least one month before the lease term. )

(3) At any time, the inventory of solid or liquid placed in the leased area or booth shall not exceed its usage 1 day. Residues should be placed in appropriate containers and sealed in places agreed by government departments, centers and organizers.

(4) Toxic wastes should be placed in closed and marked containers, and their disposal methods should be contacted with relevant government departments.

2. Pressure vessels

(1) The organizer shall be responsible for the reasonable transportation and storage of pressure vessels for storing helium, compressed gas, argon, carbon dioxide or any other pressure medium.

(2) Once the Center notifies the organizer, the organizer shall immediately move the pressure vessel to the location designated by the Center.

(3) All pressure vessels and equipment brought into the center shall comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.

3. Show and operate exhibits

(1) When the machine is running, all running machines should be equipped with safety devices. These safety devices can only be removed when the power of the machine is cut off.

(2) The running machine must keep a relatively safe distance from visitors, so it is recommended to use safety protection devices.

(3) Machines and equipment can only be displayed in the booth in the leased area and operated by qualified personnel. No operation is allowed without the supervision of the above-mentioned personnel.

(4) If Party B fails to take adequate fire prevention measures, it shall not use the engine, engine or power to drive the machine.

4. Preservation of exhibits and personal belongings

The center is not responsible for the theft of articles that have not been kept by the center. 1. The main painting work of exhibits and display materials is not allowed in the center. However, during the period of entering the museum, it is allowed to repair and polish the display materials in the exhibition hall, and necessary safety precautions and protective measures have been taken for the above work.

These measures are encapsulated in the following：

(1) Painting shall be carried out in a ventilated place.

(2) Use nontoxic paint.

(3) The cement floor is covered with plastic film lined with dry paper.

(4) Paint work shall not be carried out at the center vertical structure (i.e. wall).

(5) Don't clean the paint in or around the center.

2. The organizer shall be responsible for any damage to the center caused by the painting work, and bear the repair cost of the damaged part. Reptiles, fish, birds or other animals and animals are not allowed to enter the center unless they are approved exhibits or their uses are related to exhibition activities or performances. At the same time, the organizer must prove to the center that appropriate preventive measures have been taken to care for and control these animals, and obtain the written approval of the center in advance.

Twelve, food and beverage samples

1. For the food and beverage samples distributed in the leased area, the organizer shall obtain the written approval of relevant institutions.

2. All food and beverage samples shall conform to the current health, safety and hygiene standards and all other regulations of China food hygiene management department. 1. The center has designated a special area to display promotional signs. Please contact the center for fees and details.

2. The Center reserves the right to remove all signs that it considers unsatisfactory in the leased area. 1, the organizer and its personnel shall abide by emergency and evacuation measures.

2. In case of emergency evacuation, the organizer should obey the command of the center staff.

Organizers must strictly limit the number of tourists in their organizations. The rental area of the general exhibition hall is one square meter per day.

4. Visitors should try to avoid the afternoon of the opening and closing ceremonies and control the total number of tourists on that day.

5. The Center is responsible for formulating the fire emergency plan during the exhibition, and the organizer is responsible for reporting it to the Center and the public security and other relevant departments for the record. 1. All the keys of the organizer should be returned to the center at the expiration of the venue lease.

2. Under no circumstances shall the organizer prepare keys or install or remove permanent locks in the center. 1. The lost and found office should ask the Central Security Team.

2. All lost things will be classified and kept for 30 days. At the end of the 30-day period, the center will decide what to do with these items by itself, and others have no right to pursue these items further.
