What kind of education does a warehouse supervisor need?

I am a "halfway monk" logistics practitioner. At present, the chief logistics officer needs a Commissioner for recruitment. However, I feel that the actual operation is more important, that is, the fit between individuals and industries and companies. Many students majoring in logistics are not qualified to be logistics supervisors. I feel that the reasons are: 1, the gap between theory and practice is unacceptable, and the storage conditions and financial support are primitive; 2, psychological gap, on the one hand, the environment, on the other hand, the boss's attention, after all, the warehousing department "no fault" is a great achievement; 3, systematic thinking and execution, physical promotion is prone to deviation; 4. The quality of employees is mixed, and many supervisors can't fully understand and control the operational deviation caused by employees' mentality.
