If you want to develop steadily, I suggest you engage in this work. You can stay for a few years until you are an intermediate engineer with hard goods in your hand. It is possible to jump ship at any time and sit somewhere else as technical director.

2. For books on raw ore mining technology, you can find rare earths in Lao Xu and some papers on ion mining. You don't have to read the whole book. Many people have studied this piece, and the core technology has not changed for decades. For rare earth materials, polishing powder and fluorescent powder are not recommended when saturated, and the field of permanent magnet materials is the core of rare earth application.

3. These companies Minmetals Rare Earth Jianghua Co., Ltd. are Minmetals. They have mining licenses and are engaged in Hunan. Chinalco Guangxi Chongzuo Rare Earth Development Company has also developed, and I have contacted them before. One difference between them is that this company in Guangxi seems to have sold minerals for some time. As graduates, both are good, the state-owned enterprises are stable and the system is perfect, except for a lower starting salary and fewer girls. Generally speaking, choose one close to home.
