Wuhe county education
1957, the kindergarten class attached to Yazhen Primary School was changed to county-level government kindergarten. The following spring, the kindergarten directly under the county government recruited two classes of children and implemented full-time care. In the second half of the year, we moved to a new place, opened five classes, enrolled more than 200 children, all of whom lived in the garden, and the teaching equipment began to take shape. That year, rural social teams moved quickly, establishing 784 kindergartens and nurseries, enrolling 39,200 children, and boarding was implemented in many places. However, due to the lack of funds, teachers and equipment, the phenomenon of dispersed in a hubbub appeared again. During the three-year adjustment period, rural kindergartens and urban private kindergartens were closed one after another, leaving only 1 kindergartens directly under the county level.
In the middle of the "Cultural Revolution", kindergartens directly under the county level were cancelled and teachers returned to their original places. In the late period of the Cultural Revolution, Wuhe County opened 224 preschool classes in urban and rural areas, enrolling 52 14 children. Due to poor management, 1977 gradually decreased, leaving only eight, 30 12 people.
1980, the county government kindergarten teaching building started construction. 1983 in the summer, the main project was basically completed, and the kindergartens directly under the county government resumed work. 1985, chengguan factory and rural market towns successively set up 48 kindergartens with 56 classes, with children 1888. New progress has been made in preschool education in Wuhe County. After the second year of the Republic of China (19 13), all the public and private primary schools in Wuhe county were changed into ethnic primary schools. But many places have been changed. Sometimes soldiers are stationed in schools, sometimes they are suspended from school, and sometimes they abandon school. In 6 years (19 17), there were only 4 primary schools. There are two classes in county-level primary and secondary schools, 18 students. There are 24 students in two classes in the private national school in the urban area. Shizigang private ethnic school and senior primary school, two classes, 32 students. There are 32 students in two classes in private ethnic schools and senior primary schools in Wu Lifen. The following year, there were 4 higher primary schools, 14 primary schools. However, the number of places is insufficient and the system of promotion and repetition is not strict.
In the Republic of China 10 (192 1), a serious flood occurred in Wuhe county, and there were almost no schools in urban and rural areas. 12 years (1923) gradually restore the original schools and promote higher primary schools. The private primary school in Zheng Yang was changed to the second senior primary school in the county, and the third senior primary school in Zhangjiagou District was added. The latter will only run for one year because of lack of funds. In the Republic of China 15 (1926), the "one high school" and "two high schools" in the county often caused disputes because of the enrollment funds. The local education conference decided to merge the "two high schools" on the grounds that the two high schools in the county were too close.
Wuhe County Girls' School was established very early. 18 (1929), Laodangdian South Campus started as the first all-female primary school in the county, with 6 classes and 178 students. That year, urban and rural primary schools gradually began to attend classes normally. There are 33 primary schools in 7 districts of the county, with students 1603.
In the twentieth year of the Republic of China (193 1), another catastrophic flood occurred in Wuhe County, and more than 95% of primary schools abandoned water. By the 25th year of the Republic of China (1936), 30 short-term primary schools had been gradually established, with insufficient places. The following year, the first complete primary school in the county was changed to Wuhe primary and secondary schools. After the July 7th Incident, urban and rural primary schools were closed immediately.
In 28 years (1939), the Five Rivers fell. Chengguan was occupied by Japanese invaders, and Concord Primary School and Catholic Primary School were established. The Kuomintang county government fled south and set up a demonstration central primary school in Huangdun town. In that year, the 450 Fengxian Office was established, and a number of primary schools in anti-Japanese base areas were opened in Xu Zhu, Jiegou, Zhang Tan and Zhongyang. In the 30th year of the Republic of China (194 1 year)1/month, Huaibei base area in Huainan was opened, and anti-Japanese primary schools such as Huangdun, Shuanghe and Yuanzhaiji were established in the anti-Japanese base area the following year. In 34 years (1945), War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression ended. After the first liberation of Wuhe County on August 22nd, United Primary School was changed to Wuhe Primary School, and Catholic Primary School was taken over.
In 35 years of the Republic of China (1946), our army withdrew northward and the primary schools in the base areas were destroyed. The Kuomintang county government changed Wuhe Primary School into Zhongzheng Primary School and set up Huoshenmiao Primary School. In that year, there were 18 townships, urban and rural primary schools 12 schools with 60 classes; Primary school 18, class 125. The following year, there were 2450 students in 68 classes in 0/9 national central primary schools. Bao Min has 30 primary schools, 40 classes in primary schools, and students 1527.
1 month 1949, the second liberation of Wuhe county. In that year, 1 15 primary schools were established, with 9,787 students and 269 faculty members. During the three-year economic recovery period, school education and primary education were developed according to the educational ideas and methods of the old liberated areas and the Soviet Union.
During the first five-year plan period, the layout of primary schools was adjusted and the principle of "walking on two legs" was implemented, and primary education was re-developed. 1958, there used to be 46 primary schools that were boarding schools, with 6,440 students living in them, but they were soon dispersed because of most difficulties. From 65438 to 0960, primary education was at a low ebb. There are 25,000 registered primary school students in the county, but the actual number of students in school is less than 1.5 million. There is also exaggeration in education.
After the completion of the Second Five-Year Plan, the central government carried out the instruction of "two labor systems and two education systems" and started running schools in various forms. By 1964, after the pilot project of universal primary education in shuang miao xiang and the on-site meeting of universal primary education in Zhuding District, there were 545 primary schools with 46,600 students, and the enrollment rate of school-age children reached 82.6%. Among them, water education has developed rapidly, and its experience in running schools has been published by the Provincial Department of Education. Anhui Education has published articles for publicity.
After the "Cultural Revolution" began, "two labor systems and two education systems" were criticized, and many forms of running schools such as agricultural primary schools and simple primary schools were cancelled, and the number of primary schools suddenly decreased. Then poor middle peasants run schools, causing chaos.
1978, rationally adjust the layout and strengthen the leadership of popularizing primary education. Since 198 1, primary education has developed again. The number of primary school students is as high as 1 10000, which is another peak after the 1960s. 1985, 7- 1 1.6% of school-age children enrolled, and 12- 15 accounted for 86% of school-age children enrolled. In that year, the number of students in school increased by 5.4 times compared with 1949, which was more than 500 times higher than that in the early Republic of China. There was no middle school in Wuhe County in the late Qing Dynasty. In the early years of the Republic of China, there was a junior high school class attached to the county high school, but the number was small and the time was short. Middle school students often go to school in Fengyang.
In the 30th year of the Republic of China (194 1 year), after the fall of Wuhe River, the Kuomintang county government held Wuhe County Temporary Middle School for the first time in Huangdun Temple, enrolling 4 classes and 200 students. Less than four months after the school was founded, because our army opened up the southern base area, the Kuomintang county government fled westward and the school was dissolved. That year, Lingfeng County was formally established and a middle school was set up in the central government. The following spring, the school started in Huangdun Temple. Soon he moved to Mituo Temple on the north bank of Tianjing Lake, which was then called Siwu Lingfeng County Middle School. Later, Huaiyue Campus was opened in Lujiamiao and Xujiawan, and then merged into the headquarters of Mituo Temple. There are more than 500 students and more than 30 faculty members. At the end of the 34th year of the Republic of China (1945), the school was moved to Douchong, Sinan County and changed to Huaibei No.4 Middle School. After the state of emergency, the school was dissolved.
After our army withdrew from the north, the Kuomintang county government reoccupied the five rivers. In the spring of the following year, Wuhe County Junior Middle School was organized, with more than 200 students in two classes and 10 teachers. In the winter of 37 years of the Republic of China (1948), with the victory of Huaihai Campaign, our army went south and the school was dissolved immediately.
1949 1 month, Wuhe county was liberated for the second time, and the county government sent people to take over Wuhe county junior high school. By the end of the First Five-Year Plan1August, 956, Wuhe No.2 junior high school was established in Xiao Wei, and Wuhe County junior high school was changed to Wuhe No.1 junior high school. That year, two middle schools had 1076 students and 73 faculty members.
From 65438 to 0958, Wuhe No.1 Middle School enrolled high school classes and changed to a complete middle school. That year, six junior high schools were established in Xinji, Caoguzhang, Xu Wei, Liuji, Jingtou and Wangzhuang. There are 8 middle schools in the county with 2330 students. The following year, there were four junior high schools in Yuanzhaiji, Shihu, Haocheng and Dongliuji. There are 12 middle schools in the county with 3443 students. Due to the "Great Leap Forward" in 1958 and 1959, the blind development of middle school education has caused serious difficulties for teachers. Starting from 196 1, the central government implemented the policy of "adjustment, consolidation, enrichment and improvement" and adjusted the layout of middle schools. That year, Yuan Zhaiji Junior High School merged, and the following year, Haocheng and Shihu Junior High School merged. By 1965, there are 8 middle schools in the county with 2580 students and 243 faculty members.
During the "Cultural Revolution", the county revolutionary committee announced that Wuhe junior high school would be cut and moved. More than 200 school buildings were occupied by some county-level units, and nearly 10,000 books and teaching instruments worth 10,000 yuan were sold out. Then rural middle schools were dispersed, and the slogan of "no commune in high school and no brigade in junior high school" was put forward, and middle schools developed blindly again. There are 24 high schools in the county, more than 100 junior high schools, and a large number of junior high schools with hats.
After Jiang Qing's counter-revolutionary group was crushed, the middle school education in Wuhe County was brought out of order, and the policy of "enriching and strengthening primary schools, rectifying and improving junior high schools, and adjusting and reforming senior high schools" was implemented, compressing senior high schools and adjusting the layout and internal structure of junior high schools. After the adjustment, there are 6 complete middle schools in the county, and in principle, each township has 1 junior middle school, which makes the school layout and internal structure more reasonable. 1985, there were 46 junior high schools in the county, with 22,880 students and 84/kloc-0 staff. There are 6 middle schools with 2,474 students and 44 faculty members/kloc-0. In that year, the number of students and faculty increased by 1949 by 53.7 times and 50.8 times respectively.
