What are the conditions for Suzhou talents to settle down?

Suzhou talent settlement requirements are as follows:

1, Job Requirements: Willing to come to the Soviet Union for employment;

2. File requirements: personnel files have been transferred to Suzhou;

3, education and age requirements (one of them can be met):

(1) has a full-time undergraduate degree and a bachelor's degree, and the age is not more than 45 years old;

(2) Have a full-time master's degree and education, and be no more than 50 years old;

(3) Have a full-time doctoral degree and education, and be no more than 55 years old.

Required information:

1. Submit domestic academic certificate: academic certificate, the electronic registration filing form of academic certificate of the Ministry of Education registered and printed on the Student Information Network of the Ministry of Education within the validity period; No registration information, submit the "China Higher Education Certificate Report";

2. Domestic degree submission: degree certificate, "Certification Report of Degree and Postgraduate Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education" issued by China Degree and Postgraduate Education Network of the Ministry of Education, and fill in the number of degree certificate;

3. Submitted by overseas students: Certificate of Academic Degree of Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Foreign Countries or Sino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education or printed pages on the website, and fill in the certificate number.

Legal basis: Article 10 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on Household Registration.

If a citizen moves out of the place under the jurisdiction of the household registration, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for emigration registration, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.

Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.

Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.
