In 2007, Xiangyun County People's Government introduced Fujian Ranka Education Group through investment promotion, and built Xiangyun Xianghua Middle School, the first private joint-stock complete middle school in Dali, Xiangyun County. The school board did not bear the great trust, and achieved the goals of signing contracts, completing projects and enrolling students in that year, creating a miracle in the history of Dali High School. Nearly 50 outstanding teachers with rich teaching experience and outstanding teaching achievements were recruited from local middle schools to join Xianghua, excellent teachers were recruited from developed coastal areas to teach with high salaries, and outstanding graduates were selected from six key normal universities across the country to work in the school.
