Xiamen teacher recruitment exam preparation experience sharing:

Candidate information: Jimei District, Xiamen City, apply for early childhood education in 2019.

I signed up for the 30-day devil training camp and ranked 15th in the first-year written test, but my interview results were not satisfactory. So, I started to embark on the journey for the second year, still adding devils all the way. After unremitting efforts, I scored 120.4 in the subject test and finally ranked second in the written test.

Anyone who has experienced teaching and recruitment will understand: how important subjects are! Subjects account for 60% of the two subjects in the written examination. This year's paper did not test the conventional questions that everyone thinks. I scored 120.4 in my subject and ranked second in the final written test.

It has been a long battle starting from the summer vacation to summer camp, followed by full-time classes and devil training camp. But if you want to get high scores, there are ways to do this:

1. Questions, no matter how big or small, must be organized in a framework. Under the guidance of the teacher, I only briefly browsed the preschool education comprehensive and subject books to have a preliminary impression of the exam content. Then, for a period of time after the summer camp, the content in the book must be organized into a framework. During the process of organizing, we also have a preliminary impression, and the framework will also be of great significance in the subsequent rounds of review, not only for teaching comprehensive, but also for subjects. There must also be a framework. After you have the foundation, you can grasp the overall framework and review it again and again.

2. Memorize key keywords. Regarding the matter of endorsement, it is not a matter of blind memorization. In fact, there are skills. Most people are afraid of memorizing outline guidelines, but not me. Because I can capture key words, and sometimes I can capture one or two words in a sentence to form a formula that you think is interesting and easy to remember. I do this in all my recitations. No matter how many answer points there are, I can remember them. Come down. Before the final exam, I was able to memorize a book completely in my mind. This is the role of the framework and keywords! I would like to give you a sincere suggestion: you must memorize the guide from beginning to end, because the exam questions are not certain every year, so don’t miss every area.

3. The lesson plan must be organized into a framework. There are routines in all five areas. Most of health and society are in the same routine (except for sports games), language and music are in the same routine, and mathematics and science focus on hands-on activities and require operational aspects. In the early stage of preparing lesson plans, you can take a look at the areas of middle and large classes, especially the goals and summary (the major links will come out after the goals are discussed). Finally, you must write more lesson plans, because no matter how many you read, they belong to others! The framework of the written test can be used in the interview preparation section!

4. Sort out wrong questions. Every time I finish a class or finish a question, I will digest it in time and take notes. Wrong questions should be sorted out in time. I may get it wrong many times if I am confused. Don’t fall down in the same place repeatedly.

5. Mentality and timing are very important. You must have a long-term plan for what books to memorize at what time, when to finish memorizing, when to do questions, when to lay the foundation, and when to sprint!

The most crucial stage is the unforgettable two months before the exam. During these two months, you should have a relatively fixed schedule every day, arrange tasks for yourself every morning, and make a time plan.

Half a month before the exam, I memorized the subjects in the morning and then did the questions, memorized the teaching summary in the afternoon and then did the questions, and read the wrong questions or wrote lesson plans in the evening. There is no need to rush to memorize a book in one day, but you can make a three- or four-day plan as a round. In this way, you can ensure that you have passed at least 4 or 5 rounds of books before the exam, and you will not be unfamiliar with the knowledge points. Sometimes you can't do it, and you can't be discouraged if you can't complete the plan. Although the time is very tight, you still need to be in a relaxed mood and have confidence in yourself. Adjusting your mentality and taking proper rest will make you more efficient. Pressuring yourself to do something hard may not always be effective.

When preparing for an exam, you may feel that every minute is a torment, and you wish that the exam would come soon to end this painful day. I feel restless every day, afraid of not performing well. And when the day of the exam really comes, calming down and getting a good sleep is more important than anything else.

Don’t be afraid, because if you keep thinking about it, there will be repercussions! Finally, I wish everyone a successful teacher recruitment!
