(4) inspection and physical examination. According to the evaluation, study and determine the object of investigation and physical examination. The contents, standards, procedures and methods of the investigation refer to the Provisions on the Examination and Employment of Civil Servants in Gansu Province (Trial) >: Implementing the Detailed Rules (Ganrenshetong [201] No.215). The physical examination shall be organized and implemented by the employing unit in accordance with the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Health and Family Planning Commission and the State Bureau of Civil Servants on Revising the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) and the Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) (No.Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa 140).

(5) publicity for the record. Those who meet the introduction conditions and pass the inspection and physical examination will be publicized for 7 working days. After publicity without objection, the employing unit shall organize to fill in the Registration Form for Recruitment Results of Dingxi City Institutions (directly under the municipal government) and the Registration Form for Recruitment of Dingxi City Institutions, submit it to the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security for the record, and handle the relevant procedures for introduction (employment) according to the prescribed procedures. If there is any problem during the publicity period, it will be verified by the employer. Those who do not meet the employment conditions will be given equal positions in the order from high score to low score. If the inspection and physical examination are unqualified or the graduation certificate, degree certificate and qualification certificate are not obtained at the time of registration, the signed agreement will be invalid and the employment qualification will be cancelled.

(6) probation period. The probation period for all the hired personnel is 1 year. After the probation period, the qualified employment contract will take effect, and the unqualified employment relationship will be terminated.

(7) salary. The introduction of talents must sign a service contract with the employer for at least 5 years. After the introduction of talents, they are included in the establishment management and enjoy all welfare benefits such as wages and benefits.

1. The introduction work is jointly organized and implemented by the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Municipal Big Data Service Center. The Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team of Dingxi City Commission for Discipline Inspection stationed in the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment to supervise the whole process of this talent introduction, fully accept reports or reflect problems, and deal with them in accordance with relevant regulations.
