In order to adapt to this trend, in July 2009, China Garment Association held the first national garment industry transfer conference in Xingyang, Henan Province, and awarded Xingyang the first brand of the national "garment industry transfer base". In September of the same year, Henan Textile Industry Adjustment and Revitalization Plan proposed to optimize the industrial layout, promote the development of industrial agglomeration, and vigorously develop the garment industry with Xingyang and other industries as the focus.

At present, with the joint efforts of all departments in the city, the preliminary work of the project has been carried out in an orderly manner, including the pre-registration of the business license of Henan Strait Clothing Co., Ltd. and Zhengzhou Yu Ling New Materials Co., Ltd., the filing procedures have been completed, and the environmental assessment procedures are being handled; Zhengzhou Zhihui Clothing Co., Ltd. has completed the filing procedures and is going through the EIA procedures; Zhengzhou Yachen Clothing Co., Ltd. has completed the filing procedures and is preparing the EIA approval materials.

It is understood that the four clothing companies that have settled in mainly produce brand sportswear, finished clothing, buttons, models and other clothing decoration materials. After all the projects are completed and put into production, it is estimated that the annual sales revenue will reach 500 million yuan, the profit and tax will be 200 million yuan, and the labor force will be arranged 1800 people. In the fourth quarter of last year, at the clothing fair held by the Ministry of Light Industry in Beijing, Shanghai's exhibits were welcomed by the masses, ranking first in the country in sales.
