2. Goods management: arrange personnel to make daily replenishment, ensure that the goods are displayed according to the standard operation, adjust the display chart every week, and complete the promotion display in each schedule under the leadership of the team;

3. Inventory management. Generally, every store has an inventory supervisor, but to be honest, they are all amateurs, including two aspects, store management and warehouse management. Stores should ensure that the display plan is implemented according to the display instructions, that the goods are out of stock and temporarily out of stock, that the goods are in a reasonable turnover cycle, that the promotional goods are in stock during the promotion cycle, and that the dead goods are cleared and displayed by hanging strips. In short, everything is carried out according to the standard, and so is the warehouse.
