Quarter selection requirements: It can reflect the growth density of soil plants. If one quadrat cannot explain it, use the dispersed method to select the quadrat.

The dispersion method is to take samples at the boundaries, corners, and centers of the soil area to be studied. If the area is large, the soil area to be studied can be divided into field grids and samples are taken at the intersections of the field grids.

After the quadrats are selected, take 2 to 3 groups of samples in each quadrat. The grouping categories are: near plant plants, soil without plants, surface soil, soil at a certain depth, etc.

If the overall condition of the soil is studied, bring the soil samples in each quadrat to the laboratory, mix, air-dry, and sieve (if the water content, PH, etc. are measured, some can be retained original soil, and measure as soon as possible), place it in a sample container, label it for later use
