According to the operating data of 170 brands in the latest year, the user behavior data of 19 internet companies and the big city data of data institutions, the list has rated 15 "new first-tier" cities, 30 second-tier cities, 70 third-tier cities, 90 fourth-tier cities and 129. The new first-tier cities are Chengdu, Hangzhou, Chongqing, Wuhan, Suzhou, Xi 'an, Tianjin, Nanjing, Zhengzhou, Changsha, Shenyang, Qingdao, Ningbo, Dongguan and Wuxi.
