For better physical and mental health, Article 25 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration requires that foreigners suffering from severe mental illness, infectious tuberculosis or other infectious diseases that may cause serious harm to public health services are prohibited from entering the country. It is likely to endanger China's national defense security and rights and interests, undermine social development and social order, or engage in other illegal and disciplinary activities. China's rights and interests outweigh everything else.
