According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, workers who emigrated abroad during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits will stop receiving unemployment insurance benefits and enjoy other unemployment insurance benefits after receiving unemployment insurance benefits. China's unemployment insurance implements the principle of territorial jurisdiction, and having a certain residence and long-term residence in China is the basic condition to meet domestic employment. Unemployed people who emigrated abroad during the period of enjoying unemployment insurance benefits, regardless of whether they are employed abroad, can no longer enjoy unemployment insurance benefits, because it is beyond the territorial jurisdiction of China's unemployment insurance.

Unemployed persons who have one of the following circumstances during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits will stop receiving unemployment insurance benefits and enjoy other unemployment insurance benefits:

(1) Re-employment;

(2) Those who should be conquered for military service;

(3) Having emigrated;

(four) to reach the statutory retirement age or enjoy the basic old-age insurance benefits;

(5) Being sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment or being executed by reeducation through labor;

(6) Failing to report the re-employment situation to the unemployment insurance agency where the registered permanent residence is located within 60 days without justifiable reasons;

(seven) refusing to accept the work introduced by the department or institution designated by the local people's government without justifiable reasons;

(8) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

(nine) the unit and its employees failed to pay unemployment insurance premiums in accordance with the provisions;

(ten) from the bankruptcy, cancellation, closure, restructuring of state-owned enterprises and institutions voluntarily choose to receive a one-time resettlement fee.
