How does Chengdu Deyang compare with Wanzhou?

Chengdu is the capital city of Sichuan Province and is at the sub-provincial level; Deyang is a prefecture-level city in Sichuan. Wanzhou is a district in Chongqing and the second largest city in Chongqing. Therefore, Chengdu and Wanzhou are not at the same level, so there is no need to compare.
