There is already a Hong Kong and Macao Pass endorsement, as follows:

1. You don't need to apply for the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Pass for the first time. The Public Security Bureau will endorse it by default when you apply for it for the first time. The exit-entry administration department of the public security organ shall issue an application for endorsement within 7 working days after accepting it respectively. Due to local traffic inconvenience or special circumstances, the issuance time can be extended to 20 working days with the approval of the exit-entry administration department of the provincial public security organ. The exit-entry administration department of the public security organ shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state on exit-entry administration, issue a pass or endorsement to and from Hong Kong and Macao at the place where the non-resident accounts are located;

2. If it is not the first time to apply for endorsement, you need to go through the renewal procedures according to the renewal process. I need to go to the entry-exit permit hall of the local public security bureau in person, or apply for a replacement card online. The materials required for replacement are: my Hong Kong and Macao Pass, the original and photocopy of my ID card, a 2-inch bareheaded photo with a light blue background.

Management norms for acceptance, approval and issuance of passes and endorsements to and from Hong Kong and Macao

Article 1 Acceptance Department Mainland residents' applications for travel permits and endorsements to and from Hong Kong and Macao shall be accepted by the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ where their permanent residence is located, except for the following circumstances:

1. Mainland residents applying for business in Hong Kong and Macao must be accepted by the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ where their work unit is located;

2. Mainland residents applying for employment in Hong Kong or Macao through labor service companies shall be accepted by the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ at or above the prefecture level (including the prefecture level, the same below) where the labor service company is located;

3. Military personnel applying for going to Hong Kong and Macao shall be accepted by the exit-entry administration department of the resident public security organ of the army or work unit;

4. Mainland residents who hold travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao and stay endorsements can apply for travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao and stay endorsements again during their stay in Hong Kong or during their return to the Mainland, which can be accepted by the original approval department for acceptance of stay endorsements or the Shenzhen Entry-Exit Visa Office of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department (hereinafter referred to as Shenzhen Visa Office);

5. Mainland residents who hold travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao and stay endorsements may apply for travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao and stay endorsements again during their stay in Macao or during their return to the Mainland, or apply for other stay endorsements in Hong Kong, which may be accepted by the original stay endorsement acceptance examination and approval department or Zhuhai Entry-Exit Visa Office of Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department (hereinafter referred to as Zhuhai Visa Office).
