Which nation do Jews refer to?

Jews are Jews. In a more general sense, all Jews are also called Jewish people, including both the Israeli race handed down from ancient times and those who later converted to Judaism in various periods and around the world. In a broad sense, Jews may or may not be strict religious practitioners. Jewish names did not appear until around the sixth century BC, and were previously called Israeli or Hebrew by foreigners.

Jewish history

The history of Jewish founding is full of legends. Saul succeeded Moses and Joshua as king, and his military ability helped him defeat many foreigners. King David became famous for knocking down Goliath, the giant, and eventually replaced Saul, which profoundly changed the history of the Jewish state.

But soon, the glory of the Jews could not be maintained, and their country was divided into two regimes. The regime in the north is called "Israel". Its internal struggle and the corruption of the regime gave King Sargon II of Assyria a chance and eventually destroyed the country in 722 BC.
