I20 and Paper Admission Notice of American Universities

I20 is a visa. You can't go to America without you. Paper notices can be scanned and sent by mail. Some schools will give you i20 even if they don't accept ad. It would be nice if you weren't going to ignore this situation directly. But the school you want to go to must have the paper i20, because it has the official signature.
