Gansu Province Minimum Wage Standards

According to Article 5 of the "Minimum Wage Regulations", the minimum wage standards generally take the form of monthly minimum wage standards and hourly minimum wage standards. The monthly minimum wage standard applies to full-time employed workers, and the hourly minimum wage standard applies to part-time employed workers.

At present, the minimum wage standard in Gansu Province has not been announced, so the minimum wage standard in 2017 is used. The specific contents are as follows:

According to the "Interim Provisions on Minimum Wage Standards of Gansu Province" and after study by the provincial government, it was decided to adjust the province's minimum wage standards. The adjusted minimum wage standards are now notified as follows:

Class I areas: 1,620 yuan/month (hourly minimum wage: 17 yuan);

Class II areas: 1,570 yuan/month (Hourly minimum wage: 16.5 yuan);

Three types of areas: 1,520 yuan/month (hourly minimum wage: 15.9 yuan);

Fourth types of areas: 1,470 yuan/month (hours Minimum wage: 15.4 yuan).

The above adjusted minimum wage standards will be implemented from June 1, 2017.

Category three areas (24 counties, districts and cities): Qinzhou District, Maiji District, Ganzhou District, Liangzhou District, Wudu District, Xifeng District, Anding District, Linxia City, Huining County, Jingyuan County, Jingtai County, Jingchuan County, Lingtai County, Chongxin County, Huating County, Zhuanglang County, Jingning County, Xiahe County, Maqu County, Luqu County, Zhuoni County, Diebu County, Lintan County , Zhouqu County.
