Immigration usually doesn't go to work on Saturdays. When I went to fingerprint, I saw that the working hours written by the Immigration Bureau were Monday to Friday.

I also came to the United States on a K/KLOC-0 visa. There is no specific statistics on the pass rate of K 1\K2 visa, but as long as you have enough relationship proof and sufficient guarantee amount, you can generally sign it.

Your bad record in Japan should not be found by the American consulate. If you have lived in Japan for more than two years, you need to apply for a local certificate of no criminal record.
