Is Shiyan Arbitration Commission the same as Shiyan Arbitration Commission's financial adjustment center?

It's different. Shiyan Arbitration Commission was established in March 2003 by Shiyan Municipal People's Government in accordance with the Arbitration Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). It is a non-profit legal entity with five branches in Yunyang, Yunxi, Fangxian, Zhushan and Zhuxi, and three offices in Maojian District, zhangwan district and Danjiangkou. Shiyan Arbitration Commission's Financial Adjustment Center is an institution under the jurisdiction of Shiyan Arbitration Commission that specializes in mediating financial disputes. Therefore, Shiyan Arbitration Commission and Shiyan Arbitration Commission have different financial adjustment centers.
