Planning content of Songhua River basin planning

(3) Longwangmiao Reservoir (namely Baishan Power Station) will be built in the upper reaches of the second Songhua River to generate electricity, which will be used jointly with Fengman Reservoir to solve the problem of once-in-a-year flood of the second Songhua River below Fengman, and at the same time, it can also reduce the threat of the second Songhua River flood to the main stream of the Songhua River;

④ The construction of Hadashan Reservoir in the lower reaches of the second Songhua River, combined with Dahan Reservoir, can improve the flood control standard of the main stream of Songhua River, reaching 1 0,000 years. In the planning, it is suggested to build reservoirs in the main tributaries of Nenjiang River to solve the flood control problem of tributaries. Building Taoshan Reservoir on Lalin River. By the end of 1998, the main flood control reservoir project in the above planning was not implemented except for Baishan Hydropower Station, which was completed on 1985. 1In August, 1994, the State Council approved the Songhua River Basin Planning Report with Guo Han [1994] No.82, which covers a wide range and is rich in content. Its main contents include: flood control planning, water resources development and utilization planning, water resources protection planning, large and medium-sized hydropower station development planning, irrigation planning, waterlogging control planning, water supply planning in major cities, water and soil conservation planning, shipping planning and so on. Among them, the short-term flood control standard of flood control planning is once every 20 years, and the long-term flood control standard is once every 50 years. Recently, Nierji Water Control Project will be built in Neng 'an. The prospect is to build Bilahekou Reservoir and Wendegen Reservoir on the main tributaries of Nenjiang River and Mopanshan Reservoir on Lalin River.
