How many floors can a rural homestead be built?

The rural homestead is below the highest three floors.

Rural homestead individuals shall not undertake rural housing construction with 3 floors or more, a construction area of 300 square meters or more and a span of 6 meters or more. New compensation standard for rural homestead demolition;

2. The annex shall be given equal compensation according to the compensation measures promulgated by the local government;

3. Compensation standard for rural house demolition: compensation of one square meter for rural straw houses 1.900 yuan; One square meter compensation for rural brick houses is 2400 yuan; The compensation standard for rural brick-concrete structure houses is 2800 yuan per square meter; The compensation for rural buildings with two floors and below is 3,300 yuan per square meter;

4. Compensation for attachments of rural houses: generally, compensation is made in the form of equivalence, and compensation for each household resettled in different places is 20,000 yuan.

To sum up, the self-built houses in rural homesteads cannot exceed three floors, the housing area cannot exceed 300 square meters, and the span cannot exceed 6 meters. Meet one of the above conditions, need to contact the local construction enterprises for construction, and report to the local people's government, contact the relevant departments for quality supervision.

Article 9 of the Measures for the Administration of Rural Homestead

A rural villager can only own one homestead, and the area standard of homestead (including attached houses and courtyard land) does not exceed1.25m2.. Other land shall not exceed140m2; Conditional use of mountainous wasteland, barren slopes, not more than 160 square meters.

The land area of homestead is limited to 75m2 for farmers with three or less people, 4-person farmers 100m2 and 5-person farmers 1 10m2; Farmers with 6 or more people are within125m2.

If non-cultivated land is used, the maximum increase of each file can be15m2; ; Where there are conditions to use barren slopes and barren hills to build houses in mountainous areas, each file can be increased by up to 35㎡.
