Cyprus green card application conditions

Cyprus passport application conditions:

1. Investors should buy one or more properties with a total value of not less than 2 million euros in Cyprus, among which they should hold self-occupied properties of not less than 500,000 euros (plus VAT).

2. Investors can sell other properties after 3 years, except the residential property with a value of 500,000 euros.

3. No crime

Cyprus passport application process:

1. Selection of real estate investment projects: investors pay the house purchase price in full through field visits and signing house purchase agreements.

2. Document preparation: All necessary documents of the applicant need to be translated into Greek and English, notarized and double-certified.

3. Pre-inspection of no criminal record: appoint a lawyer to complete the inspection of no criminal record.

4. Pay the application fee and approval fee to the government: pay the approval fee for each adult applicant and submit the application to the Ministry of the Interior.

5. Issue permanent residency in Cyprus and passport: You will get permanent residency in Cyprus in about 2 months, and then get a Cyprus passport in about 6 months. The applicant signs the citizenship certificate in the presence of the registrar of the Cyprus court or the consul of the Cyprus consulate abroad, and issues passports to the main applicant and spouse.

6. Submit children's application: naturalization application.

7. Issuance of Cyprus EU citizenship to the applicant's children: A Cyprus EU citizenship certificate will be issued to the applicant's children, and the adult children of the applicant must visit Cyprus within three months to obtain passports and identity cards.
