Luo Yuan, born in Cangxi County, Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province, is the son of Luo. Later, with the improvement of the political environment, Luo Yuan finally became a full member of the China People's Liberation Army. Luo Yuan cherished this hard-won opportunity.
