The process of Vietnamese returning to China

Legal analysis: The process of Vietnamese repatriation to China is as follows: 1. A person who is detained for examination or deported but cannot be executed immediately shall be detained in a detention center or repatriation place; 2. On-the-spot questioning, continued questioning, detention review, restriction of activities and deportation measures shall be implemented by the public security organs of local people's governments at or above the county level or the entry-exit frontier inspection organs; 3. The expelled person shall not enter the country for one to five years from the date of expulsion; 4. A person who is detained for examination or deported but cannot be executed immediately shall be held in a detention center or a repatriation place.

Legal basis: Article 35 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) can be applied independently or additionally to crimes committed by foreigners.
