"State guarantee" means that the immigrant applicant is confirmed by the government and guaranteed by the government.

For the specific requirements and procedures for handling state guarantees, please refer to the requirements for applying for state guarantees issued by the Western Australian Government in March 14:

1, submit EOI, and meet the immigration score of at least 60 points. There are qualified technical evaluation nominations and at least four IELTS scores of 6 points on the list of skilled immigrants in Western Australia 1 2; If the nominated occupation is a manager or a professional, IELTS requires four 7 points or four B's (such as OET) in the occupational English test.

2. Not more than 50 years old. At least one year's working experience in Australia or three years' overseas work experience related to the nominated occupation in the ten years before submitting the application * If you hold a passport from Britain, Canada, New Zealand, the United States or Ireland, you don't need to provide English scores.

3. The Immigration Department of Western Australia will send the state government guarantee application form to eligible applicants by email through Skillselect system, and the form needs to be completed within 28 days. It includes three multiple-choice questions to test the applicant's knowledge of Western Australia.

4. The application fee is 200 Australian dollars. If the application is successful, the applicant will be nominated by the Immigration Department of Western Australia and will receive an invitation from DIBP to immigrate. Applicants who pass the guarantee must live and work in Australia for two years and have sufficient funds (at least three months) to settle in Western Australia.

5. In addition, applicants who are nominated as the sponsor list 2 of the Western Australian government, or who live in other states, need to provide an employment contract when applying for the sponsor of the Western Australian government. The employment contract must meet the following conditions: it is consistent with the nominated occupation or the relevant work place is in Western Australia (for 489 visa applicants, the work place is outside and around Perth). At least one year's contract shows that the company's wages and benefits have the names of employers and employees, and the job responsibilities describe full-time work (not less than 35 hours per week).
